📦 All Lumina products are personalized and crafted. Please read this policy carefully to understand expected timelines.

Overview

At Lumina, every product is made-to-order and crafted specifically for you. As a result, our shipping process involves a production phase before dispatch. We ship across India for free and offer international shipping to select destinations.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping Cost: FREE on all orders across India, regardless of order value.
  • Courier Partners: We ship via reputable couriers including BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC based on your pin code.
  • Delivery Timeframe: 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote pin codes may take an additional 2–3 working days.
  • COD Available: Cash on Delivery is available for all India orders.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We ship to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, UAE, and other countries. Contact us for availability to your country.
  • Shipping Cost: International shipping charges are calculated based on destination and weight. These will be shared before order confirmation.
  • Delivery Timeframe: 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • COD: Not available for international orders. Prepaid only.

Production Timeline

Since every product is personalized, please allow time for the following:

  1. Order Placed: We receive your order and reference photos.
  2. Digital Customisation (Day 1–2): Our team create a digital customisation of your product for approval.
  3. Approval: We share the customisation with you via WhatsApp. You may request up to 2 free revisions.
  4. Customising & Printing (Day 2–3): Once approved, your product is customised and printed.
  5. Quality Check & Packaging (Day 3): Inspected, carefully packed in premium gift packaging.
  6. Dispatch: Shipped with tracking details sent to you.

⚡ Total expected time from order to delivery: 5–8 working days for most India locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and/or email.
  • You can also contact our team at +91 80100 17975 for real-time updates.
  • For bulk orders, your dedicated account manager will provide regular status updates.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • Our courier partner will attempt re-delivery up to 3 times.
  • After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to us.
  • If the package is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.

Damaged in Transit

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  • Please photograph the damage and the outer packaging immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund based on the situation.
